Simon has 20 years experience of delivering successful recruitment searches in Europe and Asia.
His career has taken him to Paris, London and Singapore, where he has developed Global candidate networks within the banking, corporate and industrial sectors.
Simon is bi-lingual in French and English, working with clients in both languages.
In his leisure time, he is a keen runner and has participated in marathons across Europe and Asia.
Pascale Salmon
Director, Paris
Pascale has over 17 years professional Compliance and Regulatory Risk experience in Europe and Asia.
She has worked with Global regulators throughout her career including the AMF, ACPR, FCA, MAS, HKMA and AUSTRAC, often as a key intermediary. This has been across both buy-side and sell side businesses. The latter including major Global banks such as Bank of America and JP Morgan.
Pascale’s knowledge and expertise make her a reassuring consultant to clients looking to strengthen their compliance functions in Paris.
In her leisure time Pascale is a keen swimmer, yoga practitioner and interior design enthusiast.
